• Misuse, impersonation, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

• Users must not engage in activities that violate Indian laws or public morality.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Intellectual Property

• All content, code, AI models, therapy materials, and generated reports are the intellectual property of NeuroHue Therapeutics, which holds a valid Indian patent.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission constitutes infringement and is legally prosecutable.

• The patent and proprietary tools integrated into the platform are protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

• CDC Managers and therapists must follow their respective professional codes of conduct and ethical guidelines.

• Parents must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, up-to-date, and with valid consent.

• Users shall not misuse AI-generated suggestions or falsify session data.

Limitation of Liability

• NeuroHue is a clinical support tool and not a replacement for professional medical or psychological judgment.

• The company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of misuse or reliance on AI-generated outcomes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Trivandrum, Kerala.
